1:1 Session

Using somatic awareness tools such as breathwork, emotional clearing, and enquiry, these sessions do not seek to *heal* you, (you are already whole), but rather they will provide an exploration into what's going on under the surface of your emotional landscape.

Understanding yourself in this way allows you to make more loving decisions, develop self awareness and connect to yourself on a soul level.

To put it simply, these sessions allow you to “feel” your way through life rather than thinking your way to the next place.


A 1:1 session can help with:

  • Recovery from burnout and fatigue

  • Finding clarity within ‘crossroads moments’

  • Creating and communicating stronger boundaries

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Resolving inner child wounds

  • Coming into relationship with yourself on a soul level

  • Learning customised tools that you can use outside of sessions to support your wellbeing

I do both single sessions and session packages. Space and times are limited.
