My mission is to create yoga practices that fits into your day, reduce stress, and bring a sense of calm and balance, regardless of where you are on your journey.

Whether you're a beginner or have been practicing for years, my approach is designed to meet you where you are and help you build a sustainable and nourishing practice.

For over a decade, I’ve explored the connection between body and mind through yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and embodiment practices. My mission is to help you move from stress and overwhelm to a place of inner peace and confidence by offering accessible, nurturing yoga practices that fit into your busy life.

My own journey with yoga began as a way to heal from anxiety and burnout. Yoga taught me to listen to my body and trust its wisdom—an experience that profoundly transformed my life. This personal transformation drives me to share these powerful tools with others who are navigating the pressures of modern life.

In my classes, you’ll find a welcoming environment where you can breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself. I create sequences that are adaptable for all levels, whether you’re seeking stress relief, improved flexibility, or simply a moment of calm in your day.

Having taught in top studios, community centres, and wellness retreats worldwide, my teaching is enriched by diverse experiences and training. Now based in Auckland, New Zealand, I continue to share my passion both locally and online, helping clients around the globe find a sustainable yoga practice that supports their well-being.

  • Certified Spiral Practitioner (IICT International Institute for Complementary Therapists). The Spiral is a modality that combines NLP, Kinesiology and Chakra Clearing.
